How does the guarantee rent model work

The rent guarantee scheme offers you fixed, guaranteed rent for a set term between 2-5 years. The contract does include a break clause for the safety of both us and the you For the duration of the contract, we accommodate our clients who are business professionals, corporate travellers, contractors and NHS staff, (NO DSS). There are no void periods, the rent is paid whether the property is vacant or occupied.

How is the property maintained?

We take responsibility for the properties upkeep by arranging routine inspections and to monitor its condition and proactively addressing maintenance issues. We also schedule regular professional cleans and periodic deep cleans to ensure the property is well presented and cared for.

Who is the tenant?

Nest Collective and Co will become your tenant. Other than rental payments we also take on all of the other contractual and management responsibilities. We handle disputes may arise, legal action and manage tenancy compliance.
