Following an extensive career within the property sector and with a substantial amount of industry knowledge and RICS accredited property qualifications, Carmella specialises in investment strategy and property management, ensuring that every venture is positioned for growth and consistent performance. With an exciting new opportunity to further expand her property portfolio, Carmella has now entered a new joint venture; in which Carmella’s expertise allows her to identify high-potential opportunities for investors and provide management services to landlords helping to maximise their rental income through rent to serviced accommodation.
Meet Paris. Director
Drawing on extensive experience within the property industry as well as RICS accredited property qualifications and knowledge, Paris specialises in investor relations and property management; ensuring seamless communication, high standards and strong partnerships. Due to Paris’s experience and knowledge this has allowed her to transform properties into premium, high performing serviced accommodations that exceed expectations; which can be seen through her successful property portfolio. With this, Paris has now entered a joint venture which encompasses providing a high level of management services to landlords and acquiring excellent deals for potential investors.
Collectively, Paris and Carmella have valuable knowledge and experience in the property industry for 10 years, beginning with degree-level education that earned industry-accredited recognition and certification. Their expertise spans property and portfolio management, agency operations, legal contracts, inspections, and maintenance. Building on this foundation, they have successfully grown into a property management and investment business.
